Micro-showroom Facility Troubleshooting

Before leaving, make sure the showroom door is closed and locked. If the door jams, follow the guide below.

Required before you leave

Close and lock the showroom door

Step 1
Pull the handle down and press the bottom bar to the floor with your foot. Make sure it’s flat and fully touching the ground.

Lower the roll-up door fully

Pull the handle down and press the bottom bar to the floor with your foot. Make sure it’s flat and fully touching the ground.

Step 2
Push the handle toward the wall until the latch aligns.

Engage the latch

Push the handle toward the wall until the latch aligns.

Step 3
Look for the black hole/alignment window and a light click.

Push to the end

Look for the black hole/alignment window and a light click.

Step 4
Thread the shackle through the aligned hole/hasp and close it.

Lock with the smart padlock

Thread the shackle through the aligned hole/hasp and close it.
