- Cribs and infant sleep furniture

- Playpens or child climbing furniture
- Stairs, ladders, or gym furniture

Tip-over Safety Warning
To reduce the risk of tip-over injuries and deaths to children, tall or top-heavy furniture should always be secured to the wall. We strongly recommend installing an anti-tip wall anchoring kit for any piece approximately 27 inches or taller.
Upon request, we provide a complimentary wall anchoring kit with eligible furniture. Installation is the responsibility of the customer or their installer.
Children should not climb, hang, or stand on furniture.
Installation Responsibility
Proper installation, anchoring, and wall attachment are the responsibility of the customer or their installer.
Wall anchoring effectiveness depends on wall structure and installation method. Anchors must be installed into appropriate wall framing or structural supports.
Use & Load Guidance
This furniture is intended for residential decorative and storage use only unless otherwise specified in writing.
Furniture surfaces not intended for seating are not designed to support human weight.
Avoid placing concentrated heavy loads on unsupported areas. Load should be evenly distributed.
Do not sit, stand, or climb on furniture unless specifically designed for that purpose.
Environment & Care
Natural wood furniture may change color over time due to light exposure. Regular maintenance is required.
Excessive moisture, heat, or humidity may cause wood movement, warping, or finish degradation. Furniture should be used in climate-controlled indoor environments unless otherwise specified.
Modification Disclaimer
Any modification, repair, or alteration by parties other than eastbaydiy voids warranty and/or responsibility for safety or performance.
Certification Notice
Products are not certified under ASTM, CPSC, or other safety standards unless explicitly stated in writing.
Responsibility Acknowledgment
By accepting pickup or delivery (if applicable) of this furniture, the customer acknowledges responsibility for proper installation, anchoring, use, and maintenance in accordance with the guidance above.
